Talent Dynamics for Young People (TDYP) is the No. 1 personal development tool for tweens, teens and young adults. It identifies individual characteristics and aptitudes that can help them to be successful.

TDYP helps them to build confidence when knowing they have specific strengths and successes as well as knowing the challenges they may face in school, work and life.

Young people do face a lot of challenges in today’s society. They are under a lot of peer and societal pressure to perform, be beautiful, fit and healthy. These are just some of the pressures they face. Sometimes they might fall through the cracks of the education system and not receive the help they need to develop their skills and abilities.

Our children are our future leaders and it is important they get the opportunity to discover what they are good at, what are the best roles for them in teams and groups, how they can contribute and play their part, and develop skills to apply to school, home and life.

Everyone is uniquesuccess_tdyp

Talent Dynamics for Young People is designed to help a tweens, teens and young adults know what are their natural strengths and weaknesses. Everyone is different and has a different way of getting into ‘flow’. Flow means doing what they enjoy and what they are naturally good at doing with minimal effort. Time flies by and they have fun. When they can acknowledge their weaknesses they can be open to how to use their natural talent to fit in and work with others to be successful.

Talent Dynamic for Young People Report

After completing an online multiple-choice questionnaire they will receive a Talent Dynamic for Young People profile report. This report provides a lot of detail about their profile. This information helps them to make decisions about their future direction for whatever stage they are at, e.g. school, college, university, workplace.

They will find out the best way to learn, communicate and get into ‘flow’. They will get to know what types of roles and jobs will best suit their profile and what isn’t going to work for them. The report will identify lots of attributes that will help them to understand themselves.

In the report, real-life role models are identified under each profile type to encourage them to identify people they may wish to find out more about. These role models have been successful in their life, career or business by using their natural talent.

MyGenius Inc. is a not-for-profit association formed by a group of educators and parents who have a shared concern about the social and public issues facing our young folk in today’s society. Within Australia, a growing number of young people are identifying low confidence, poor self-worth, anxiety, stress, confusion, frustration, loneliness, not achieving expectations, bullying, depression, self-harm and suicidal tendencies as major turmoils in their lives.

Our purpose at MyGenius is to inspire and empower tweens, teens and young adults to embrace their natural genius, to help them discover their passion and purpose for an inspiring future, and to explore opportunities to make a positive difference for themselves and the world around them.

Membership is available to students, parents, families, educators and anyone interested in advancing the social and public welfare of young people.
